UNION OF EMPLOYERS OF MONTENEGRO ORGANIZED TRAINING ON “HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGEMENT IN TOURISM” AT BIRZIMINIUM HUB

Within the project “centrikomNET”, the training program of the Union of Employers of Montenegro (MEF) has started, on the topic “Management and administration of human resources in tourism”.

The training is realized in Birziminium Hub (Competence Center Podgorica), and is intended for managers of small and medium enterprises, employees who want to improve their skills in the field of human resources management in tourism, as well as people who are unemployed and want to learn new things or improve existing skills and knowledge in the subject area. The training was attended by 13 participants, who had the opportunity to register via email from the Union of Employers of Montenegro, or by sending a message through the social networks of the Office for Youth within the Capital City Podgorica.

Participants had the opportunity in a dynamic environment, under the guidance of coach Radivoje Drobnjak, to acquire knowledge in the following areas: organizational culture, preparation, selection and employment of candidates / staff, systematization and organization of jobs, human resource planning, the role of strategic planning in human management resources, development of mission, vision and values ​​of the organization, skills of human resource managers, mentoring, employee appraisal, employee motivation, employee support and relationships, teamwork management, conflicts in human resource management.

This training program is part of regular activities implemented by MEF within the project “Increasing the competitiveness of transnational business competence centers and networks – centrikomNET” (Enhancement of competitiveness of transnational business competence centers and networks – centrikomNET), together with the Municipality of Stari Jankovci from Croatia leading partner), as well as partners: the Municipality of Tovarnik (Croatia), the Development Agency Žepče (Bosnia and Herzegovina), the Center of Competences for Research and Development Vinkovci (Croatia).

The project was approved within the second call for project proposals within the Cross-border Cooperation Program INTERREG IPA CBC Croatia-Bosnia and Herzegovina-Montenegro 2014-2020. The project is co-financed by the ERDF and IPA II funds of the European Union.
