Due to the increased interest, we would like to inform the public that the deadline for submitting applications to the Public Call for the selection of users of business zones and the allocation of plots for the construction of facilities in business zones is extended by 30 days.
Accordingly, the public opening of bids will be held on August 24, 2021, at 10 am, in the premises of the Capital City Podgorica (Njegoševa ulica No. 20, Podgorica).
We remind you that on May 4, the Capital City Podgorica announced a Public call for the selection of users of business zones and the allocation of plots for the construction of facilities in business zones. Future investors have at their disposal ten business zones which land is at the disposal of and used by the Capital City Podgorica, and which cover an area of 3,328,000 m2, from Tuški put to the turnoff to Golubovci Airport.
Business zones are planned for the following activities: agricultural and agro-industry, as well as processing and wood industry, professional and technical activities, showrooms and warehouses, parking lots and garages, catering and accommodation, etc.
In this way, ten business zones will be put into operation, which will significantly affect the development of our city, but also the country as a whole. Numerous new investments will mean the creation of new jobs for our fellow citizens, and additional revenues for the city and state coffers.
