The Capital City of Podgorica has been allocating significant funds for the construction of roads, bridges, landfills, construction of water and sewage, sports facilities and investments that have become necessary to improve living and working conditions in the city. The development of the Strategic Development Plan of the Capital City of Podgorica 2020-2025 has structured a clear hierarchy of development goals. These are the general goal, specific strategic goals and priorities. The document defines 3 specific strategic goals with their priorities, namely: Further development and improvement of communal infrastructure and activities, Strengthening the competitiveness of the economy and further improvement of the business environment as well as Tourism development and environmental protection.
